Realtor Requirements for Showing, Purchases and Rentals/Leases

Realtor Professional, please download the Rivermill/Country Glen Association rules and requirements below.  All realtors MUST register with our Security officers upon arriving to show a listed single family home or townhomes. We hold strictly to the rules in this community. 

HOA approval of all purchases and lease/rentals MUST be obtained before closing.

 No Multi-Family Sales Permitted.
